About the Role:

– Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
– Start Date: November 2025
– Duration: Full-time until the end of the academic year
– Pay Range: £88.98 – £112.87 per day depending on experience

Responsibilities:

– Provide essential support within classrooms, assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
– Work closely with students, offering one-to-one support and small group interventions to enhance learning outcomes.
– Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic growth.
– Collaborate with fellow staff members and SENCO to ensure individual student needs are met.

Requirements:

– Previous experience working with children, preferably within a school setting.
– Passion for education and supporting the development of young learners.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
– Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
