We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to join our team in specialist schools across Lambeth. These schools cater to pupils aged 3-19 years with ASD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs), and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities, providing them with tailored support to help them reach their full potential.

🔹 Provide specialist support to pupils with behavioural challenges
🔹 Assist with personal care, ensuring student comfort and dignity
🔹 Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe learning space
🔹 Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, and social skills
🔹 Act as a positive role model, fostering strong relationships and independence
✔ Previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs
✔ Strong behaviour management skills, with expertise in ASD, SEMH, or complex needs
✔ Willingness to assist with personal care, prioritising student well-being
✔ Current Team Teach and First Aid certificates, or willingness to undertake training
✔ Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare
