🏫 The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll deliver pre-set work, keep students on task, and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct
• Supporting the wider school team as needed

✅ Ideal Candidates:

• Confident communicators with a calm, professional manner
• Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, coaching)
• Graduates considering a career in teaching
• Teaching Assistants or Learning Mentors looking to progress
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
