About the Role
- Supervising classes across KS3-KS5 during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with questions and helping keep lessons running smoothly
- Opportunities available for both short-term cover and long-term placements
About You
- Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy school environment
- A genuine interest in education and supporting student learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Availability between 8:00am and 3:30pm is essential
