Job Description: Career Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a fantastic Specialist School in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and be able to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children with Special Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all children.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within the EYFS framework.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
