We are looking for an enthusiastic Educational Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the success and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students to identify their strengths, needs, and barriers to learning.

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

  • Provide evidence-based interventions and strategies to address emotional, social, and behavioural issues.

  • Support the development and delivery of training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and skills in working with students with SEN.

  • Monitor and review the progress of students, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide policies and practices that promote inclusion and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working as an Educational Psychologist, preferably within a special educational needs setting.

  • Strong knowledge of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental and learning disabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
