Are you an experienced Teacher with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have a strong background in working with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD)? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

The Role:
Career Teachers are working with a fantastic independent all-through school in East London that is seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join their team immediately. This role involves teaching a small KS2 class of 6-8 students with Autism and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons designed to meet the interests and abilities of individual students.
  • Supporting students with Autism, SEMH, Complex Needs, and physical disabilities, including non-verbal students.
  • Delivering education that aligns with a personalised curriculum to help students achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in SEN teaching, specifically working with Autism and SEMH needs.
  • Ability to create stimulating lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
  • A passion for empowering students with tailored educational support.
