Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
- Assist in classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges, helping them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working in a school setting in the UK
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
