Position: Office Manager (Temporary Cover)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Office Manager to join a specialist education setting on a temporary basis. As the central point of contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting both staff and students in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day office management to ensure smooth operations.
Managing administrative systems, records, and databases.
Supporting staff with organisational and scheduling needs.
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and front-office duties.
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of office management experience, including managing a team.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Note: If you do not have prior experience in managing a team, we would still love to hear from you if you have a strong background in reception or administrative roles.
