Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young learners
• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans catering to diverse abilities
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents
• Foster a love for learning while helping students develop essential academic and life skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject (PGCE or equivalent preferred)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS
• Experience working with young children in a primary school setting with a strong grasp of the UK curriculum
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Passionate about education, committed to nurturing students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
• A team player, ready to contribute to a supportive school community
