Position: Primary Teacher
Location: Chingford
Start Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Support Student Development: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
- Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Classroom Management: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participate in and contribute to school events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching at the primary level.
- Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
