Key Responsibilities:

• You create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• You plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners across the primary curriculum.
• You assess and monitor pupil progress regularly, providing feedback and adapting your teaching to help every child succeed.
• You work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s academic and personal development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
• Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
