About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting classroom learning, working closely with teachers to inspire, guide, and nurture pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Whether you’re assisting with small group work, providing one-to-one support, or helping to create a positive learning environment, your contribution will be invaluable.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a UK primary school within the last 3 years
✅ A genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
