What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas certificate (recognised by Naric).
• A big heart, boundless patience, and a flexible approach.
• Previous experience in SEND settings (mainstream or specialist).
• Confidence in communication and an existing DBS check (on the update service).
• Knowledge of augmentative communication methods like PECS or Makaton is a plus-but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll help you grow!
