Career Teachers is working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Derby and Derbyshire to recruit passionate and experienced SEND Teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with special educational needs in a secondary setting, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

The Role:
You’ll be delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You’ll work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working with SEND students in a secondary school setting
• A creative, patient, and adaptable teaching style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
