SEND Teacher

Career Teachers are partnering with a primary school in Burton on Trent that has a dedicated SEND hub, seeking experienced SEND teachers to provide day-to-day support.

About the Role

This rewarding position involves working within the school’s SEND hub, teaching a small group of children with high special educational needs. You will play a key role in delivering high–quality learning, ensuring each child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) is effectively followed to support their development.

We are seeking experienced SEND teachers who:

• Have a strong understanding of SEND education and tailored learning approaches.
• Are passionate about supporting children with complex needs.
• Can create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Have experience in following EHCPs and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
