💼 The Role

As a valued member of the school community, you will:

• Support learners with autism and other special educational needs throughout the school day
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure each pupil’s individual needs are met
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Provide one-to-one and small group support, both in and out of the classroom
