Job Description

Career Teachers are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work on a day-to-day basis across Derby City, Derbyshire, and Burton-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work with the freedom to choose when and where they teach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Follow school policies and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Adapt to different classroom settings and build positive relationships with pupils
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupil learning

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability for short-notice bookings
