As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the classroom superhero, working alongside amazing teachers to create a vibrant and engaging learning environment. Here’s a taste of what your days will look like:

Sidekick to the Teacher – Work closely with our brilliant teachers to deliver exciting lessons that captivate and inspire students
Champion of Individual Support – Give extra help to students who need it, whether it’s one-on-one support or in small groups, helping them unlock their full potential
Master of Organisation – Help prepare learning materials and resources, making sure everything is ready for the day’s adventures
Positive Vibes Only – Foster a happy, safe, and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and encouraged
Super Supporter – Assist students with special educational needs, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed
Encourager Extraordinaire – Promote positive behaviour and support the social and emotional growth of our pupils
Team Player – Join in school activities, events, and fun days – because learning should be a joy for everyone involved!
