Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Derbyshire
Start Date: 23rd April 2025
Duration: Until the end of the academic year
What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of the Early Years Foundation Stage team, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the development of young learners. Working in collaboration with experienced staff, you will:
Provide hands-on support to children in their educational and emotional development.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging and creative activities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents alike.

Passionate about working with young children and making a difference in their learning journey.
Energetic, adaptable, and ready to contribute to the school community.
Experienced or eager to develop skills in an EYFS setting.
A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Effective communication skills to liaise with children, teachers, and parents
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships within the school community
Patience, empathy, and adaptability in supporting young learners
Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in learning activities
Organisational skills to manage classroom tasks and resources efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
