As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you’ll be more than support-you’ll be a lifeline. You’ll work alongside passionate educators to help children with autism, ADHD, communication needs, and other learning differences access education in a way that works for them.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building trust and connection with pupils through consistency and care
• Supporting learning through play, sensory activities, and structured routines
• Helping pupils regulate emotions and navigate social situations
• Assisting with personal care and mobility where needed
• Being a calm, reliable presence in a sometimes unpredictable world

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in SEN settings (school, care, youth work, or similar)
• A resilient, empathetic, and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
