Career Teachers has transitioned to become part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Ltd (AWS) umbrella, which marks a new and exciting period in our history.

 

The acquisition cements AWS’ position as one of the largest providers in the education recruitment sector, with Career Teachers now sitting alongside three other specialist education recruitment in the AWS brand portfolio.

Career Teachers will operate as a separate brand to the existing AWS brands under its own experienced management team headed by Stewart McCoy, Managing Director.

 

Its staff members will not see a difference in the day-to-day operations, continuing with the same line managers, responsibilities, salary and commission structure, while receiving further benefits.
