Career Teachers can support with writing the job description, person specification and job advert. Our experts identify bespoke key skills and benefits, whilst ensuring the school’s culture, values and performance are reflected in the content.

Short List


Selected from vetted candidates, we’ll send you CVs of candidates who are interested in the role and we believe match your requirements. Our team will work with you to refine the short list and we’ll feedback to candidates.  

Interview Stage


The Career Teachers team will arrange all interviews and we offer free trial and shadow days so you can observe candidates. 



We will liaise with the school and with the successful candidate to confirm offers. We will also liaise with unsuccessful candidates to support with their next role.
