If you have friends who are fully qualified Nursery Nurses, Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants we can help them find teaching work. You will receive £250 paid straight to your account for every person you recommend and the best part as you can refer as many friends as you like!

The referral bonus amount from 1^st December 2025, is £250 (subject to tax). Any referrals before this date that have not yet been paid, will be paid as £250 (subject to tax) into your bank account.

To qualify for the referral bonus, the recommended candidate must complete at least 20 working days with us.

Terms and conditions apply. The recommended candidate must complete the full registration and clearance procedure set out by Career Teachers in line with REC standards. The referral bonus amount from 1^st December 2025, will be £250 (subject to tax). Any referrals before this date that have not yet been paid, will be paid as £250 (subject to tax) into your bank account.

The referral bonus will be paid only after the recommended candidate has worked a minimum of 20 days with us.

If we have not had meaningful contact with your friend within 7 days of your referral, their contact details will automatically be erased and forgotten.
