We are on the lookout for an ambitious Maths Teacher to join an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Rochdale on a full time, permanent basis from Easter 2025. This secondary school is committed to professional development, empowering staff and students to excel.

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5
  • Create a classroom culture that encourages critical thinking, resilience, and a love for problem-solving
  • Use innovative approaches to make maths accessible and exciting for all abilities
  • Collaborate with our dedicated maths department to continuously improve teaching and learning
  • Support students’ academic progress and personal growth, nurturing their confidence and aspirations

The ideal Maths Teacher will have:

  • A PGCE and QTS with a specialism in Maths
  • A strong track record of delivering engaging and effective Geography lessons
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
  • A creative and reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute to the department’s success
