Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students in Derby City. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of teachers.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
• Take on additional responsibilities such as leading activities and covering classes when necessary.
