Exam Invigilators required for a Secondary School based in Greenwich! This position starts from May to end of June during the GCSE exams.

We are currently recruiting for experienced only Exam Invigilators as well as Senior/Lead Exam invigilators to invigilate this academic year in May in local secondary school.. Duties will involve;

  • Assisting the exams officer with setting-up of the exams, room layout and by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers for students.
  • You will also assist pupils prior to the start of exams by directing them to their seats and advising them about possessions permitted in exam venue.
  • Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside the exam, dealing with queries raised by pupils, escorting pupils from venue during the exam as required and supervising pupils outside of the exam venue.
  • At the end of the exams you will collect and collate scripts in accordance with strict procedure, and passed to the exams officer.
  • Reading and Scribing.

You will be supported by the designated exams officer in school and given guidance at the start of each exam and in house training by the school directly.

We can offer you regular, consistent work in secondary schools outside of the exam invigilation season with out roles.

Exams times will vary across the day so there will need to be a certain amount of flexibility especially around exam finishing times, Morning , afternoon shifts or full day shifts.
