About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with EYFS standards.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s development.
• Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education.
• Previous experience in a nursery setting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and professional attitude.
