About the Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll work closely with children in their early years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing. Every child has extraordinary potential – and you’ll play a vital role in helping them unlock it through engaging, creative, and meaningful experiences.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Supporting children across a range of abilities and developmental stages
• Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to meet individual needs

Essential Requirements

• Experience working with children in an early years setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• A compassionate, patient, and motivated approach
• A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on young children’s lives
