Career Teachers Sheffield are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Primary schools in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in diverse classroom environments.

About the Role

As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across different schools. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and learning tasks
• Providing one-to-one or small group support
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing

This role offers flexibility and variety, giving you the chance to gain experience in different settings while making a real difference to pupils’ education.

We Are Looking For Teaching Assistants Who:

• Have previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Are adaptable, reliable, and confident in supporting learning across different year groups
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Are committed to inclusive education and helping every child succeed
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Have competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting
• Fluent English – written and spoken
