Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of additional learning needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider staff teams
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Promote confidence, independence, and progress in every student
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- A patient, proactive, and positive approach
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Two recent and relevant references
