SEND Teacher – Primary School (Sheffield S13)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to work within a primary school in the Sheffield S13 area. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Role Details

  • Location: Sheffield S13
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Setting: Primary school
  • Start: Immediate / as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored support and teaching to pupils with SEND
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with SENCOs, teaching staff, and support staff
  • Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs
  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN/SEND)
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Willingness to undertake safeguarding training
  • Commitment to supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work full-time hours consistently
