A well‑regarded Special Educational Needs school in South London is looking for a caring and skilled Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about SEN and eager to contribute to a nurturing, high‑quality learning environment.

This role will start on a temporary basis, with strong potential to progress into a permanent position. Role Overview
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum.
- Assist in delivering engaging, creative activities tailored to the child’s needs.
- Provide focused 1:1 support to a child with Autism, encouraging communication, participation, and social interaction.
- Build a trusting relationship to help the student overcome challenges and make steady progress.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Hold a current, enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply through us).
- Have experience supporting children with Autism and/or Emotional or Behavioural Needs.
- Be dependable, enthusiastic, and available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
- Be passionate about helping children with SEN flourith academically and emotionally.
