We are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school team on a fixed‑term contract of up to 12 months, covering paternity leave.
The successful candidate will work as part of a behaviour support team of four, led by an experienced Behaviour Specialist Teacher. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, working on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
