Behaviour Support

Career Teachers would like to recruit a caring, resilient and motivated Behaviour Support Worker to join our supportive primary school team near Hunslet. You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional, social or behavioural support to help them thrive both in and out of the classroom.This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusion,well being and positive behaviour strategies.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support forpupils Implement individual behaviour and supportplans Support pupils with emotional regulation, social skills and engagement inlearning Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staffRecord and monitor progress, behaviour incidents andinterventions Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding at all timesTeachers is an equal opportunities employer and Career Teachers is committed to providing an inclusive and professional service for all.
