We work in partnership with multiple schools – from one-form to larger multi-form entry settings – all committed to providing high-quality education and positive learning experiences for their pupils.

As part of our teaching bank, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, each offering its own unique strengths, culture, and community.

We Are Looking for Teachers Who:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, GTP)
• Have experience teaching within primary education (Year 6 experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons
• Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Are passionate about supporting pupils’ progress and well-being
• Work effectively as part of a team and within different school environments
• Have competent IT skills, including a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous in-school teaching experience
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
