About the Role
You will take responsibility for a vibrant Year 4 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. You will work as part of a collaborative team committed to high standards, pupil wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable)
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be passionate, proactive, and reflective in their practice
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
