Salary (London Pay Scales):

• Outer London: MPS1 £37,870 | MPS2 £40,318
• Inner London: MPS1 £38,766 | MPS2 £40,609

Are you completing your PGCE or teacher training and looking for your first teaching role?

We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across East London seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join from September 2026.

These schools are committed to delivering high-quality induction programmes, strong mentoring, and the support needed for you to build a confident and successful teaching career.

• KS3, KS4 & KS5 roles across a variety of subjects
• Permanent posts and long-term contracts
• Schools with excellent ECT programmes and experienced mentors
• Inner and Outer London schools available

We Are Looking For

• Trainee teachers completing PGCE / SCITT / School Direct
• ECTs achieving QTS by September 2026
• Passionate, reflective practitioners committed to high-quality teaching
• Strong classroom presence and willingness to develop
• Teachers keen to contribute to school and department life
