Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, Term-Time Only
Daily Rate: £93-£110 per day (via PAYE, dependent on role and hours)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support children and young people of all ages with a wide range of additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in supportive educational settings where you can make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND, including PMLD and MLD
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines where required
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to support learning and wellbeing
• Create a safe, calm, and inclusive environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Confidence working with complex needs and personal care
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
• Experience in schools, SEN settings, or care environments (essential)
