Career Teachers are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Sheffield who are recruiting Secondary Teachers across all subject areas for September 2026 starts.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable) in a variety of subjects including:
* English
* Maths
* Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
* Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
* MFL (French, Spanish, German)
* PE
* Art & Design
* Design & Technology
* Music & Performing Arts
* Computer Science / ICT
Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis, with many opportunities leading to permanent positions.

* Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons in your subject specialism
* Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom expectations
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress
* Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities and needs
* Work collaboratively with departments and school staff
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

✔️ Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Reliable, organised, and adaptable approach
* Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
