About the Role

You will be leading a small, well-supported class of 8-10 pupils of mixed ages, all with high levels of additional needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver personalised learning and make a meaningful impact on each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet a range of complex SEND needs
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and external professionals
• Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting strategies where needed
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and families

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with SEND pupils (essential)
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
