Are you an ambitious and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive secondary school environment?

We are currently working with a number of secondary schools across Sheffield who are seeking skilled and passionate Maths specialists to join their teams from September. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop within well-structured departments.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities
• Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate effectively with department staff and wider school teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Have experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
• Be confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging learners
• Be committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about making an impact

Essential Requirements:

• ✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
• ✅ Relevant teaching qualification (QTS required)
• ✅ Right to work in the UK
• ✅ Recent, relevant teaching experience
