At Career Teachers, we’re proud to celebrate the outstanding individuals who make a real difference in schools. Our Candidate of the Term initiative highlights those who consistently go above and beyond.

Whether they’re supporting pupils, helping colleagues, or living our values, each nominated candidate reflects the dedication and spirit of Career Teachers.

Schools can nominate a candidate—Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or school support staff—who deserves recognition for their commitment and impact.

The initiative is open to teachers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants, and non-classroom support staff supplied by Career Teachers. 

Nominations are accepted from staff at schools who work with Career Teachers at the time of nomination.

Nominees are accepted if they are a teacher and/or support staff supplied by Career Teachers at the time of nomination.

Any nominations received after the deadline will not be considered.

Only nominations received via the dedicated form will be considered.

The winner Candidate of the Term and Candidate of the Year is judged by Career Teachers’ Managing Director and is based on the quality of how nominations demonstrate how the nominee goes above and beyond in their work.
