**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Art & Design to students across various age groups.

– Plan and implement a diverse range of activities and projects that cater to student’s individual needs and abilities.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Demonstrated experience and expertise in teaching Art & Design, with a strong portfolio of student work.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
– Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a love of learning within a diverse student body.
