**Requirements:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Demonstrated experience and expertise in teaching Art & Design, with a strong portfolio of student work.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
– Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a love of learning within a diverse student body.
