**The Role:**
We are seeking a full-time Business/ICT teacher to join our team from September. This is a long-term position with the potential for further opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching both Business and ICT subjects to students, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Business and ICT
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development
– Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
– Participate in school events, parent evenings, and ongoing professional development
**Requirements:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Proven experience in teaching Business and ICT subjects
– Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration
