We are seeking to appoint a teacher of Chemistry Teacher to join a strong and committed team of Science specialists for a sixth form college located in the heart of Leicester.

We are seeking an inspirational teacher with a specialism in any of the Sciences. The successful candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for their subject, an ability to motivate, inspire and engage young people and a commitment to equipping them with the skills and expertise to achieve excellent outcomes.

A proven track record of achieving good or outstanding results is ideal, though we also welcome applications from NQTs.

The College are looking for someone to start February, but this could be sooner for the right candidate.

This Sixth Form is a highly inclusive 16-19 College in Leicester. You will need to have:

Teacher Qualification PGCE / QTS / QTLS / FE Qualification /

UNQUALIFIED TEACHERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE TEACHING SCIENCE CAN ALSO APPLY

Degree within Science

Experience teaching KS3&4 / A-level / BTEC / GCSE Chemistry

The successful candidate will also be subject to an enhanced DBS and any other relevant employment checks.
