What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils to stay focused and engaged with their work

• Reporting on student progress and any concerns to relevant staff

You’ll Need:

• Previous experience working in a UK secondary school or with young people in an educational setting

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A calm, flexible, and resilient approach to working with teenagers

• A genuine passion for supporting student’s learning and development
