🏫 About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students to stay engaged and on task
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
• Acting as a positive role model within the school

✅ Who We’re Looking For

You do not need QTS to apply – just confidence, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with young people.

• Graduates (especially with tutoring, mentoring or coaching experience)
