**Job Role:**
As an ECT on supply, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of primary school settings. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, support students’ learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

**Skills Required:**
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
– Passion for education and supporting children’s development
– Adaptability and resilience to thrive in different school environments
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet curriculum objectives
– Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support as needed
– Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience

– Adhere to school policies and procedures
