Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Join our dedicated team and work in one of our lovely primary schools as an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Dronfield, Derbyshire!

📅 Starting Date: Monday, 15th April (after Easter)
💰 Pay: £85 – £100 per day

🔍 Role Requirements:
– Relevant experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
– A nurturing and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
– Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3)
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff members
– A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5

👩‍🏫 Responsibilities:
– Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development
– Supporting children with their daily routines, including meal times, play activities, and personal care
– Observing and assessing children’s progress, and providing feedback to the teacher
– Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child
